A new build, architect designed, family home on the outskirts of Barnsley.

This new build evokes feelings of a more traditional family home, but there are a few contemporary twists and details integrated into the design. We listened intently to our client’s aspirations and future plans.

Having acquired this prominent corner site, getting planning approval was of paramount concern for our client.

We worked hard for them: compiling a high-quality submission with well designed supporting documents. Planning permission was approved; a local builder then took on the project.
