Basil Close, Chesterfield, mixed-use scheme
More work-in-progress images of our Chesterfield scheme. Now we've updated the palette of materials, it gives the buildings a more approachable feel.
Here at Spacestudio Sheffield Architecture and Design, we have spent the last couple of months working hard with our client to produce a comprehensive planning submission for this exciting new development in Chesterfield; just a few days ago, the scheme was submitted with a recommendation for approval.
The mixed-use development comprises of a hotel, restaurant, cafe and private apartments. All being well, this project will progress smoothly on to the next stage.
UPDATE: Planning was approved.
